Compressed Air Engines Companies

Compressed air engines do the work of expanding compressed air that is accumulated in a tank in the car. The pistons are not activated by the use of fuel. The compressed air, when expanded provides adequate power to activate the pistons.

Compressed air engines have many advantages over the engines consuming gasoline or other conventional fossil fuels. This has prompted the use of compressed air engines with electricity to produce hybrid engines. The compressed air engines are easy to manufacture and equally easy to use. The compressed air engines do not emit large amounts of pollutants in the environment. Anyone can purchase a compressed air engine and install it in his car to see the difference.

The environment-friendly nature of compressed air engines has encouraged many big names in the automobile industry to invest in the making of this kind of engine. Extensive research work is being conducted to get the most out of the compressed air engines.

South Africa has a popular car company called Air Car that has been working on compressed air engines to be used in the air cars. Air Car was established by Miguel Celades. Celades was a part of Motor Development International till he broke away and decided to start a company of his own. Motor Development International was one of the pioneering companies that worked on compressed air engines.

A popular South Korean car company called Energine Corporation manufactured cars with compressed air engines as well as hybrid engines. These cars have been termed as pneumatic hybrid cars. This company boasts of creating well known cars like Daewood Matiz. The alternator of the cars is activated by the compressed air and the performance of the car is enhanced.

The research laboratories of the government of the United Nations are also building compressed air engines. Refuse trucks and other heavy automobiles are being armed with the compressed air engines.

The overwhelming response received by the cars with compressed air engines has been instrumental in the emergence of compressed air engine manufacturing companies. Engine Air is a company based in Australia and has been manufacturing a special kind of engine called the rotary engine. The rotary engine uses compressed air to get started.

There are other compressed air engines companies like the 2.0 Solution Companies. They have given a new dimension to the rotary engines. The engines manufactured by them gave chambers of internal expansion that exerts additional pressure on the air. They have the goal of manufacturing the Hyper Car by using compressed air engines, which will have a mileage of 100 miles for every 2 liters.

K'Airmobiles is about to launch their K'AirTrike, K'AirBike, K'AirMobile Max and K'AirKart using compressed air engines. MDI, Tata Motors and Psycho Active are other companies using compressed air engines to manufacture cars.
